- Choose good lighting with the face and important details in focus.
- Avoid heavy beauty filters, blurred faces and important details cut off at the edge.
- Tell us who or what to include if the photograph contains extra people or objects. Choose the subject option offered for your piece.
For Mini Keepsake Figure
Choose a photograph that clearly shows the person or pet and the pose you want us to interpret. Include the outfit and other details that matter to your selected design.
For Marble Keepsake Bust
Choose a photograph of one person or pet with the face and upper body clearly visible. This collection offers busts only, in a fixed semi-realistic style with a marble-look finish.
File formats and photo checks
Upload a JPG, PNG or WEBP file up to 10 MB. If your photograph cannot be used, we will contact you for a suitable replacement before design work proceeds. For larger files, contact us before ordering.
