Estimated US transit is 7–15 business days after dispatch, in addition to production time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Artwork preview preparation and approval take place before this production window; time spent on revisions, replacement files or awaiting your reply is additional.

Choose 4, 5 or 6 inches for a standalone figure; height is measured from the base to the tallest point. Sculpted Ivory is a completed warm-ivory finish. Hand-Painted adds color to key details.

Production: Production usually takes 3–5 business days after you approve your artwork preview. Complex designs may take longer; we will let you know if additional time is needed. Artwork preview preparation and approval take place before this production window; time spent on revisions, replacement files or awaiting your reply is additional.

Delivery to the US: Ships from China. Estimated US transit is 7–15 business days after dispatch; allow production time in addition.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout for your delivery address.

Custom-order care: Because every ELUNE piece is created specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged or we make an error, we’ll make it right. Contact helloeluneritual@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. You may cancel your order before production begins. Once production has started, personalized orders cannot be cancelled. For transit damage, we will remake and resend your piece at no cost. For an ELUNE production error, we will offer a free remake or refund. ELUNE covers replacement shipping for our errors and transit damage. If the carrier confirms a parcel is lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please check your submitted photos, recordings, names and other details carefully. If incorrect customer-supplied details have been confirmed and used in production, a free remake is generally not available. Contact us promptly so we can discuss possible corrections.

Can I buy the figure on its own?

Standalone figures start at $59.99 USD for Sculpted Ivory and $89.99 USD for Hand-Painted. One person or one pet is included in the base price.

Will every detail match the photo exactly?

The figure is a miniature artistic interpretation. Small features and proportions may be simplified for the format. Add notes about the details that matter most to you.

Which parts receive hand finishing?

Selected details such as hair, skin, clothing, flowers, facial features and small accessories may be finished by hand. The main form is 3D printed.
